All equipment subject to the Pressure Directive 97/23/EC are manufactured under the supervision of the Notified Body (UDT CERT or TÜV) and are CE marked.

GAS DEHYDRATION DESI DRY UNITS​

In Desi Dry units for dehydration of natural gas or air, vessels are filled with solid desiccant (tablets) containing components absorbing moisture from the gas.
Each stage of the installation is filled with different type of desiccant. Installation may have one, two, three or four stages, depending on the needs. Moisture is separated from gas stream as it flows though desiccant bed. Separated moisture in a form of liquid accumulates at the bottom of each stage vessels from which is periodically drained into the tank. Gas is dehydrated to levels required.

In our fan coolers air is used to chill other media such as: natural gas, water, glycol and other non-freezing liquids.

Coolers are utilized in industrial plants, in technological processes to remove excess heat and in other places where maintaining constant temperature is required.

PIG LAUNCHERS AND CATCHERS

Launchers and catchers enable to insert and remove a cleaning gauge (pig) into a pipeline.

GLYCOL REGENERATION UNITS (DEG AND TEG)

Glycol regeneration units are parts of gas dehydration plants. Glycol regeneration is conducted thru thermal evaporation of water – considerable difference in vapor pressure is used here: approx. 1,5 mm Hg (200 Pa)/100°C for glycol and over 1 bar/100°C for water.
The most economical method of drying the gas, while retaining its basic parameters, is glycol dehydration with DEG (diethyleneglycol) and TEG (triethyleneglycol).
